Answered before you call
Do you handle linens and laundry?
Yes. Short-term rental turnovers are the one service where laundry is included rather than excluded. Beds are stripped, remade and the linens laundered, because a turnover is not finished until the next guest can walk in.
Can you clean between a check-out and a same-day check-in?
Usually, if we know the window in advance. Tell us your check-out and check-in times and we will tell you honestly whether the gap is workable rather than promising it and running late.
What happens if a guest leaves the place in a state?
We tell you before we start, with photographs, so you can decide whether to charge the guest. Then we clean it. A heavy turnover takes longer and is priced accordingly, but you will never find that out from an invoice.
Do you restock supplies?
We can. Coffee, paper goods, toiletries and anything else you leave for guests can be checked and restocked on each turnover, so long as you keep the stock on site. It is one less thing to drive over for.
How many properties can you cover?
Several, and hosts with more than one unit are a good fit because the routine is the same each time. We schedule multi-property turnovers together to keep the timing tight across the Durham Region.
