How is this different from a deep clean?
Construction dust behaves differently from household dust. It is finer, it travels through the whole house, and it settles again after the first pass. Post-renovation cleaning is staged to account for that, which a deep clean is not.
When should we book it?
After the trades have finished and the debris is out, not between stages. Cleaning a room that still has work to come simply pays for the same job twice.
Do you remove construction debris?
We clear fine dust, residue and the leftovers of the work. Bulk debris, offcuts and anything needing a skip is the contractor's job, and it needs to be gone before we arrive to be worth doing.
Will you get dust out of the vents?
We clean vent covers and the surfaces around them. Full duct cleaning needs specialist equipment and a specialist company, and after a large renovation it is genuinely worth booking one.
How is post-renovation cleaning priced?
Always custom, never from a package. The scope depends entirely on what was done, how far the dust travelled and what state the trades left it in, so we scope it against the actual property rather than a bedroom count.
