Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you request a quote, fill out a form, or communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, home address, and details about your cleaning needs. We also collect limited information automatically when you visit our website, described in section 3.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our cleaning services, process transactions, send you technical notices and support messages, and communicate with you about products, services, and offers.
3. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
When you visit our website, we and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. This may include your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, the links you click, and the website or advertisement that brought you here.
We use three services for this:
- Google Analytics tells us which pages people visit and how they move through the site.
- Google Ads measures which advertisements lead to enquiries, so we do not keep paying for advertising that does not work.
- Microsoft Clarity produces heatmaps and session recordings, which show us where visitors click and scroll so we can fix pages that are confusing. Clarity masks the text you type into forms, so the details you enter are not captured in a recording.
4. Call Tracking
If you reach our website by clicking one of our advertisements, the phone number shown to you may be a forwarding number provided by Google. Calls to that number ring through to our usual line, and Google reports information about the call to us, such as the date, time, duration, and the area code you called from. We use this to understand which advertisements lead to real conversations. The content of your call is not recorded by us through this service.
5. Information Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (for example, payment processors and scheduling software), to operate the analytics and advertising services described above, or to comply with the law. We will never sell your personal data.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
7. Your Choices
You can control or refuse this collection at any time:
- Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- You can manage how Google personalises advertising at Google Ads Settings.
- Microsoft explains its handling of Clarity data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Refusing these does not affect your ability to request a quote or book a cleaning. You can also ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, or to delete it, using the contact details below.
