1. Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work with the Palace Peace-of-Mind Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area at no additional cost.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition of the home requires significantly more time than anticipated. We will always communicate this before proceeding.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. A late cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied if notice is given less than 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning.
4. Access to Property
Clients must ensure our team has access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to enter the premises, a lockout fee equivalent to the late cancellation fee will apply.
5. Liability
We are fully bonded and insured. While we treat your home with the utmost care, accidents can happen. Please secure all fragile or highly valuable items prior to our arrival. We must be notified of any damage within 24 hours of the service.
