Answered before you call
When should the clean happen?
Before the furniture arrives, ideally the day you get the keys. An empty home is the only time every cupboard, shelf and corner is reachable, and reaching them is the entire point of a move-in clean.
What does a move-in clean cover that a regular clean does not?
Inside every cabinet and drawer, inside the oven and fridge, closet floors and shelves, window tracks, and behind and under the appliances. Those are the places the previous occupant stopped caring about and you have not seen yet.
The place looks clean already. Do I still need it?
Look inside the kitchen cabinets and the oven before you decide. Sellers and outgoing tenants clean what shows, and a walkthrough only reveals surfaces. If those places are genuinely spotless, we will tell you so.
Can you clean before my closing date?
Only once the property is legally yours or you have the owner's permission and access. Give us your closing date when you book and we will schedule for the earliest day that works.
Do you clean inside the appliances that come with the house?
Yes, and it is one of the most requested parts of the job. Inside the oven, inside and behind the fridge, the dishwasher filter and seal, and the range hood filter.
