Which clean should I book first?
Most homes start with a one-time deep clean and then move to a recurring schedule. The deep clean sets the baseline, and the visits after it hold that baseline at a lower rate because the home is being maintained rather than recovered.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No, and most of our regular clients are not. You can leave a key, a lockbox code or a smart-lock code, and we treat access details as confidential. You will always know who is coming.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Our team brings cleaning supplies. Vacuums and similar equipment are usually the ones already in your home, and we bring our own when needed. If you prefer specific products used on a surface, leave them out and tell us.
What if something gets missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we return to re-clean that area at no cost. That is the Palace Peace-of-Mind Guarantee, and it is written down rather than implied.
What is your cancellation policy?
Forty-eight hours notice to cancel or reschedule. With less notice a late cancellation fee of 50 percent of the service cost applies, and the same applies if the team cannot get into the property.
